Theo is an approximately 10-week-old Border Collie or Border Collie/Aussie mix with a gentle heart and a very snuggly personality. He can be a little shy when first introduced to new people or environments, but he gains confidence every day and blossoms quickly once he feels safe.

Theo is especially food-motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding; he is already doing great with crate training and potty training for his age. He loves being close to his person and is happiest when he can curl up next to you after playtime.

Because he is still learning about the world, Theo would do best in a home without very young children. He would likely thrive with another confident, friendly dog to help show him the ropes, though he is also learning how to build independence.

Theo is incredibly smart, sensitive, and affectionate; a wonderful combination for someone who understands herding breeds and is ready to continue building his confidence through positive experiences, training, and patience. With time and guidance, he will be an exceptional companion.
