At 8 weeks old, Sadie and her siblings found themselves in a crowded Texas shelter. They were just TOO DARN CUTE to be stuck there, so Freedom Street Rescue stepped in to help Sadie and her siblings find loving homes in the Northeast.

Sadie is a happy, energetic puppy who loves all the basic puppy joys from wrestling with her siblings to tug-of-war. She is the most agile and coordinated of her siblings and is the first to try out anything new. Her foster mom describes Sadie as friendly, active, confident, and observant. She is very curious about both the people and other dogs in her foster home. Sadie loves to explore and play, but she also has a cuddly, affectionate side. She really enjoys being held and petted, especially when she can fall asleep in her foster mom’s arms.

Sadie’s mom is a Border Collie mix, and Sadie looks just like her. (See Photo) Sadie has floppy ears and a medium black coat with white markings on her face, chin, chest, paws, and tip of her tail. She weighs 5.5 pounds at 9 weeks, so she will most likely grow to be a medium sized dog.

Sadie is being fostered in Texas and will transport to the Northeast upon adoption. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her shots. Her adoption fee is $550, plus a transport fee of $250.
