Meet Clementine!

Timid and tender-hearted, this five-month-old, 35-pound border collie/pointer mix is longing for a family that will treasure her. She arrived at GLDR with her brother Craig and the two of them are hoping to say so long to kennel living and hello to happier days ahead!

Clementine is a gentle girl who does the most adorable tippy taps when she's excited. She is very food-motivated and always takes her treats nicely. Clementine absolutely adores her brother and the two of them enjoy each others company. Though she may be on the shy side, once she lends you her paw in friendship, it'll be a done deal. After playtime is done, Clementine is known to enjoy a nice nap. After all- it's exhausting being that cute!

Adopting a puppy is a long-term commitment that takes a lot of patience and dedication. Clementine will need a family that has the ability to provide training and encouragement to help her build her confidence in her new home. Though we can't say for sure, when fully grown, we estimate she may be upwards of 60 pounds. We think she'd thrive in a home that can provide daily exercise, structure, and a yard to enjoy.

Based on our evaluation, we feel Clementine would do best in an active home with adults or family with kids of any age. She may benefit from having another confident dog in the home as she often finds comfort with her brother. We are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby.
