Border Collie and Labrador Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption

Meet Judy, a seal (brown/black ish combo) and white colored puppy from the Jetsons litter with one blue eye and one brown eye that make her truly unique. She is about 5 months old and currently weighs around 25–30 pounds. We expect she will mature into a medium-sized dog in the 45–60 pound range. Her breed mix is estimated to include Border Collie, Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, possibly Cattle Dog, and likely one or two additional breeds.

Judy and her siblings were originally found on the streets in Texas underweight and frightened. Since entering foster care she has received proper veterinary care, good nutrition, and the chance to decompress, and her happy personality has started to shine through.

Judy is the most outgoing of the three siblings currently in Pennsylvania. She enjoys greeting people and is quick to climb into a lap for attention once she decides you are her friend. She is affectionate, interactive, and loves giving kisses.

Although she is the smallest of the group, she is playful and agile. She enjoys running around with her dog friends, exploring her surroundings, and then returning for affection and attention from her people.

Despite her playful nature, Judy has been a quiet and easygoing puppy overall. Occasionally she may bark briefly if something new catches her attention, but she quickly settles again. Her current energy level appears to be low to moderate. She enjoys activity and play but is equally happy relaxing nearby for pets and belly rubs.

Judy has been doing well with crate time and house manners and has not shown destructive behavior. Blankets and bedding in her crate remain untouched, and she has adapted well to her foster routine.

She would likely enjoy a home with another friendly dog but will thrive with patient adopters who continue helping her build confidence and routine.

Judy is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines including DHPP, rabies, and bordetella, current on preventatives, and cleared for adoption by the vet.
