Border Collie and American Staffordshire Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption

Lucy is the low maintenance love you need in your life! At about 5 yrs old she has daily house living down, and is past puppy antics but still loves to explore and play with people and other dogs.
Lucy ended up in the shelter when her family broke apart. She is very lucky to have secured a foster home quickly and is enjoying her time with her foster mom, a small dog and 2 cats. She loves to check out all the smells in the back yard each time she goes out, very much the smell detective! Lucy is very excited to go for a walk or car ride and her favorite things are playing hide and seek and chase with her foster mom and tossing her stuffed toys in the air to herself. Lucy has a cute combination of fancy paws, always crossing them ad wonky ears; you never know which direction they will be resting when you look at her! She is very lady like, waiting to be asked to get on the sofa where she wants hugs and snuggles but then will get back in her dog bed by her mom to happily hang out. We think Lucy would be equally happy as an only dog or living with another one as she does try to engage the older, smaller dog in play.
At 59 lbs. (with a few lbs. to drop) Lucy is house trained and crate trained. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vetting. If you would like to make sweet Lucy a part of your family please email bigyellowgoose018@gmail.com for an application.
