Sausage is an absolute head-turner. He is black with striking ice-blue eyes and the cutest floppy ears, he’s the kind of puppy people stop and stare at. At 10 weeks old, Sausage is ready to find his forever home—and trust us, he’s going to be someone’s very best decision.

Sausage has a big, outgoing personality to match his looks. He loves playing with other dogs, adores kids, enjoys all people, and is never going to say no to some good old-fashioned cuddles. He’s confident, social, and easygoing—the kind of puppy who fits right into just about any household.

His foster is working on crate training and potty training, and Sausage is already off to a great start. He’s eager to learn and thrives with structure and attention.

Sausage is one of the bigger pups in his litter of 8, who were rescued just in time during a winter freeze. His mom is a black mouth cur mix with an amazing temperament, and Sausage clearly inherited her balanced, friendly nature. We expect him to be around 50–60 lbs full grown, making him the perfect size for adventures, family life, and couch time alike.

Sausage is truly an “easy dog”—loving, adaptable, and ready to be your constant companion whether that’s playtime, family outings, or lazy afternoons.

Our primary rescue is based in Houston, Texas. We work with foster homes across multiple regions, which allows us to post adoptable dogs outside our immediate area. Transport is available to approved adopters.
