DESCRIPTION

"Delta Dawn... what's that flower you have on?"

Meet Delta Dawn

Named after the classic song, this sweet girl is just as charming as her name suggests. With her shiny black coat, warm brown eyes, and bright, happy expression, Delta Dawn has a way of capturing hearts wherever she goes.

Delta Dawn is about 10 months old and weighs 32 pounds. She appears to be a Retriever mix, bringing with her the friendly personality, intelligence, and playful spirit that retrievers are so well known for.

Delta Dawn is a true social butterfly who enjoys meeting new people and making friends. She loves being around her people, exploring the yard, and happily trotting along beside you as if she has somewhere important to be.

About Delta Dawn:
Dog friendly
Cat friendly (she has met her foster's cat and has been very polite)
Playful, affectionate, and people-oriented
Smart and eager to learn

Although she has only been in foster care a short time, Delta Dawn is already settling in nicely. Her foster has been taking her out frequently and she has had no accidents so far, which is a wonderful start as she adjusts to her new routine.

Delta Dawn is up to date on her vaccines and will be spayed soon.

In the song, people wonder about the life Delta Dawn is waiting for. But this Delta Dawn isn't waiting on yesterday - she's ready to start her next chapter with a loving family.

With her sweet nature and playful personality, Delta Dawn has all the makings of a wonderful family companion and loyal best friend.

Delta Dawn is ready to find her forever home.
