Jasmine is a ~4-year-old mixed lab breed that has been living in NYC for the past 3 years. This affectionate and playful girl is eager to trade city life for more space in the suburbs where she can run and play! Her Ideal Home would be a home that provides both structure/activity. She has an energetic personality and likes her regular exercise/training via positive reinforcement. She would do best in an adult-only home or one with older kids who are outdoorsy and has experience with high energy dogs. The bonus points are if you’re looking for a dog to train to do fun things Jasmine LOVES to learn! I’ll cuddle on the couch, or rest in my bed, I even put myself to bed in my crate. (I like to sleep all night in my crate). Jasmine has never interacted with young children but would do best in a home with older kids due to her tendency to jump up on new visitors to greet them. Jasmine has had mixed reactions to other dogs. She tends to like the little ones. Not experienced with cats! Jasmine is used to leash walking in the city, but still pulls when she’s excited. She can be strong on the leash. City life is difficult for her because of the chaos that’s always around us. She is Healthy, and has no ongoing medical concerns, she is UTD on all shots, spayed, microchipped and a healthy size of 50 pounds!
