Boomer is the kind of dog you meet once… and never forget.
Returned through no fault of his own, he’s still the happiest, most loving boy.
Boomer was adopted from another shelter and then returned just one week later — through absolutely no fault of his own. Even after that, he hasn’t let it change who he is. He still greets everyone with a wagging tail and a big, goofy smile.
At just about 1.5 years old and around 70+ pounds, Boomer is still very much a big puppy learning about the world. He has lots of playful energy and loves to stay active.
Boomer lives for the simple things — zooming through the grass, chasing toys, sniffing everything, and soaking up all the love he can get. He’s the kind of dog who just wants to be where his people are.
He’s a friendly, affectionate boy who would thrive with a family willing to give him some guidance, consistency, and plenty of love. With the right home, Boomer is going to make an incredible companion.
He didn’t get his fair shot the first time… but we know his perfect home is out there.
Boomer is located in Gainesville, TX, but we offer transportation services all over the U.S.
