Madea was found as a pregnant stray

Madea is your classic big, goofy lab with an even bigger heart. She's potty trained, kennel trained, rides calmly in the car, and is working on commands every day. If you grab a tug toy, you'll instantly become her new favorite person! Madea is incredibly food motivated and eager to learn, making continued training fun and rewarding.

She loves people of all ages and does great with kids, though she occasionally forgets just how big she is and gets excited. Madea is dog friendly and gets excited meeting other pups, which can show up as leash reactivity because she wants to play so badly, but shell thrive with a little continued leash work! At home, she's a total cuddle bug who will happily attempt to become a lap dog. Whether she's splashing in water, chasing a game of fetch, carrying around stuffed animals, or following her people from room to room, Madea's happiest simply being part of the family!
