Meet Jett Knox - a 2-year-old (as of 3/15), Lab mix, who weighed approx 65 pounds (as of 3/15/26). Jett Knox and his brother, Bear Knox, were surrendered due to landlord issues. They were previously living in a loving home, and are now looking for a new loving family to call their own!
Bear Knox found his forever family in July and now it's Jett's turn!
His foster shares: "The Knox boys are so sweet and loving! They love attention and are your typical Labs who love to run and romp around.
He is your typical Lab, in that he has such a wonderful temperament and a huge desire to play and please his humans. As much as he loves to play, he’s very good at entertaining himself with a toy if you don’t have time to throw the toy for him. He has a soft mouth and a big heart.
Jett is 65 pounds and could afford to gain a little bit. He is another dog that is bombproof. Jett is housebroken. He loves other dogs and he loves humans. He is good with children.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURE: Jett was hit by a car before coming into Rescue. His back left leg is wonky, but he uses it. He has been x-rayed and the vet did not want to remove his leg because it’s like a rudder or a crutch for him. It does not cause him any pain. So whether he has three legs or 13 legs, he’s just a great boy. He still has four legs.
Jett Knox can't wait to start his next chapter with his new family."
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
