Looking for a workout partner, a professional toy-carrier, and a lifelong best friend all rolled into one? Say hello to Polly, a gorgeous, pint-sized Black Lab mix who is officially looking for her forever "zoomie" partner!

Polly is the definition of "small but mighty." If she's awake, she's moving! Whether she's showing off her latest toy or practicing her "happy dance," this girl brings a burst of joy to every room she enters.

*Sleek, black with brindling legs, and the perfect pint-sized body.
* High energy, high love, and zero brains tell she actually stops to think.
*She's crate-trained, and currently studying her basic obediences.
Polly is a total social butterfly! She loves other dogs and has lived with cats before (she'll just need a slow, proper reintroduction since she hasn't had a feline roommate in a little while).

Polly was previously adopted, but due to some changes in her family's life, she's been returned to us. She's handled the transition like a champ and is ready to find a family that can keep up with her wagging tail!

Polly is currently hanging out in Oakville and is available through Timber Tails K9 Rescue.

A message from our girl,

Dear Future Family,
Hi! I'm Polly, and I'm currently practicing my "sit" while writing this (it's hard because my tail wants to wag my whole body away!).
I wanted to send you a little note so you'd know exactly what life with me will be like. First things first: I hope you like toys. I don't just play with them I carry them like trophies. If I'm moving, I usually have a squeaky snake or a tennis ball in my mouth to show you. It's my way of saying, "Look how great this day is!"
I'm what the humans call "pint-sized," which just means I'm the perfect aerodynamic shape for zoomies. I'm a high-speed, high-energy, all-black bundle of love. I don't really do "sitting still" unless I'm in my crate (which I'm actually very good at!) or working on my basic obedience. I'm trying really hard to learn all the rules because I just want to make you proud.
I used to have a home, but their lives changed, and I had to come back to the rescue. It's okay, though, because it just means my real forever adventure is about to start with you.
A few things to know about me:
I love making new friends! Dogs are great, and I've met cats before, too. I might need a little "hello" session with a kitty since it's been a while, but I'm a lover, not a fighter.
I'm a not a total pro on my leash but working hard to be. We can go for all the walks you want and I promise not to be to crazy!
I'm currently hanging out in Oakville with the team at Timber Tails K9 Rescue, just waiting for the door to open and see your face.
I'm ready to be your shadow, your playmate, and your best friend. I promise to keep life exciting and to always have a toy ready for you when you get home.
