DESCRIPTION
Introducing, Josie!
Josie is 3 years old and 20 lbs. She was found as a stray with another dog and sadly no one came looking for them.
Jose is the cutest little thing. She looks like a lab puppy, except she's full grown! She is currently in a foster home with kids and does wonderful with them. She wants nothing more than to be near her people while they telework or watch TV. She can be shy in new situations but warms up fast. She is quickly learning that life as a loved indoor dog is nice!

ABOUT: BLACK LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The black Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile breed known for its friendly nature, intelligence, and loyalty. They are agile, keen swimmers with a strong work ethic, making them excellent hunting and service dogs. Their glossy black coat is low maintenance and sheds minimally, while their friendly temperament makes them great family pets. Black Labs are known for their outgoing personalities and eagerness to please, making them loving companions in various roles and settings.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
