Meet Oscar!

Oscar came to AWS after he was taken to Jefferson County Animal Control as a stray. Unfortunately, he was never reclaimed so we pulled him in the hopes of finding him a new home!

He is estimated to be around 4 months old. We believe he is a Lab/German Shepherd mix. He currently weighs 35-40 pounds, meaning he will be a larger dog.

If you are looking for a playful, fun-loving dog; Oscar may be just the guy for you! He can be shy at first, but comes around pretty quickly.
Profession training is something that would be highly beneficial to teach him some manners.
Oscar is a vocal guy who will let you know his opinion on everything! Due to this, he is not suitable for apartment living. He is not a couch potato puppy. Exercise is going to be essential for him.

We believe that Oscar would do fine with kids that can handle his energy level. He is a very sweet boy, but is a bundle on energy.

Oscar is neutered, vaccinated, & microchipped!
