Dixon is an adorable Bichon/Poodle mix who's about 3 years old and weighs about 15 pounds. He was a stray that ended up at the Palmdale Shelter. Dixon is a mellow but attentive guy who is affectionate with his trusted humans, preferring to be near them or draped across them on their lap. Dixon has a great mix of affection and independence and has no separation anxiety issues. He loves his walks and does not pull on the leash nor is he reactive when seeing other dogs. He greets people with a bit of caution but quickly becomes at ease with a gentle approach and soft tone. He gets along with other dogs but doesn't engage much with them. Dixon would be best in a home with a confident, experienced dog owner and an adult-only home. He has all shots, is neutered and microchipped.
