Bernese Mountain Dogs have earned their reputation as amazing family dogs and Roxy is a perfect example. While many breeder‑release pups need time to warm up, Roxy has been a love bug since day one - she walked into home life ready to love, be loved, and collect all the hugs she can get.
Roxy is a certified cuddle expert. She leans in for hugs, melts under pets, and uses her big, furry paw to politely request “please don’t stop.” If you’ve ever wanted a living, breathing teddy bear who hugs back, she’s your girl.
Roxy has embraced homelife with enthusiasm. She’s housetrained, crate trained and politely curious about everything in her new world. She’s discovered toys and treats and is currently building a small “treasure hoard” in her crate.
Roxy enjoys calm strolls and walks beautifully on leash. She’s still learning that she can’t zigzag across the path to investigate every interesting smell, but her enthusiasm is adorable and easily guided.
At five, Roxy has the perfect balance of energy and maturity. She’ll happily romp around the yard with younger pups, run a few joyful laps, and then settle in for a well‑earned nap. She’s playful, but comes with a built-in chill mode.
Roxy really is the dream family dog. She is friendly and social; loves people and other dogs; is gentle, calm and affectionate; and she's ready for adventure but equally happy to snooze at your feet.
