DESCRIPTION
Where are our adopters who love K9 agility courses?! How about adopters who love super athletic dogs?! Or adopters who want a dog who can join them on all their adventures?! If you are "that" adopter we are looking for, allow us to introduce you to Moxie.
She is about nine months old, weighs a little over 40 pounds and is extremely eager-to-please. Moxie is very treat-motivated and highly intelligent. Moxie loves to work for praise and food; with the right person, there isn't anything this girl couldn't learn.
Another awesome thing about Moxie is that she loves to work but she also loves affection and wants love. If you offer to pet her, she will come up for a nice lil' belly rollover and just lie at your feet.
We think kiddos in her home should be about 8ish and older. Moxie didn't seem to care much about kitty friends either way and was redirectable with yummy treats. She'd be happiest if she could be the only dog in the home.
We are so excited to see what Moxie accomplishes and where she ends up going. This is a dog you could take hiking, running, exploring, etc. There are limitless opportunities if you adopt Moxie. She's one special girl! She is spayed so come adopt Moxie!
ABOUT: BELGIAN SHEPHERD MALINOIS DOG BREED
The Belgian Shepherd Malinois is a versatile and intelligent working dog breed known for its agility, loyalty, and protective nature. Originating from Belgium, these medium-sized dogs have a distinctive short coat in shades of fawn with a black mask. Malinois excel in various roles such as military, police, search and rescue, and as loyal family companions. With proper training and socialization, the Belgian Shepherd Malinois thrives on mental stimulation and physical activity to channel its high energy levels effectively.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
