Name: Randolph Best Guess for Breed: Beagle mix
Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of February 2026 SEX: Male
Approximate Weight: 23.5 lbs as of 1/28/26 - could stand to drop a couple

Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.
Randolph is Looking For: This cutie is looking for his forever home! He's eagerly looking forward to having his own humans for sniffy walks (if he indeed has beagle in him, those like to sniff!) and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved. In exchange he promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he's storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Is Randolph the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once he has spent time in foster care.
