Meet Baxter!
This 7 year old cutie is looking for a loving home with lots of cuddles and toys! Baxter is ever so petite!! A home with older children would be best and although he’s great with dogs out and about, Baxter does need to be the only dog in his new home. He would love a fenced in yard to romp and play as well! Baxter dreams of finding happiness once again!
No appointment is necessary to adopt. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, by visiting the shelter. Applications are not accepted in advance, but will be filled out upon adoption.
If you have another dog and/or children in your family and are interested in adopting a FAPL dog, please bring them with you for a meet and greet. Please bring a copy of lease agreement if you rent home/apartment.
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
Upon visiting FAPL, if you don’t see a particular dog you are looking for that is on the website, please ask at the front desk.
