Beagle Dogs Available for Adoption

Buddy is a 8 year old, 32 lb sweetheart who is quite literally a walking miracle. After sustaining a severe pelvic fracture (likely from being hit by a car), it’s amazing that Buddy is even able to walk at all — and yet here he is, bravely taking steps and getting stronger every single day.

His legs aren’t perfectly steady yet, but Buddy is determined. With gentle encouragement, patience, and love, he continues to improve and show just how resilient he truly is. He goes potty normally and seems potty trained, enjoys his short walks, and is learning how to trust his body again.

Buddy is looking for a special adopter — someone kind, patient, and compassionate who understands that healing isn’t always linear and that progress sometimes comes in tiny, beautiful steps. He may have future needs, but what he gives in return is something rare: deep gratitude, quiet devotion, and the chance to watch a soul rebuild.

Buddy doesn’t need perfection.
He just needs someone who believes in him as much as he’s trying to believe in himself.

Rescue Coop is a registered 501c that saves dogs from imminent euthanasia and at risk situations and transports them directly to approved adopters nationwide. We are located in SC but in three years, we have placed 450 dogs in 20 states. We post our dogs in the areas we regularly transport to. Our adoption fee is $200 with no additional transport charges. Unfortunately we are unable to do meet and greets but our adoption coordinators strive to make excellent matches. The Beagle is a beloved breed known for its friendly nature, curious personality, and distinctive howl. These small to medium sized dogs are incredibly sociable and get along well with both humans and other pets. Beagles are curious and energetic, always eager to follow a scent with their incredible sense of smell, making them excellent hunting and tracking dogs. Their short coat is easy to maintain, and they are adaptable to various living environments, making them popular companions for families and individuals alike.
