Beagle and Labrador Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption

This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. The long distance adoption process includes talking to the foster they are living with in the south. Roughly 90% of our dogs are successfully long distance adopted and 10% adopted locally.

Meet Bindi Best, a 6-month-old Beagle / Basset Hound / Lab mix, weighing around 20 pounds (as of 2/25/26). This precious girl hails from the BEST litter that were born to Momma Bridget Best (also adoptable and pictured) in Tennessee. Bindi can't wait to find her next fur-ever home so she can bring some much needed pizzazz into your life!

Compared to her siblings, Bindi is a longer legged pup and as tall as her
mom which means there'll be more for her to love! If you grew up as the tallest person in your family, then you can definitely relate to this girl! Bindi is a sweetheart who loves to play, explore new places and stay busy (especially in people's business, she lives for the gossip!) Bindi is great with strangers, kids and while she hasn't met cats yet, she's hopeful she'll win them over too. She has had no issues with other pups and loves a good time so there better be puppy parties in her future! But don't worry, you're invited too! We need someone to check the coats and you're the only one who can reach the closet.

Since she's still a puppy, Bindi will need love and patience from her family when it comes to potty training (though she can use a dog door so bonus points if you have), leashing and commands. She is good with crates though and is very happy about it. With the right family, she'll grow to be the best family member she can be! Bindi's gotta live up to the "Best" name after all!

The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
