From the Foster Family: Elvis is 4 yrs old and is an easy going, low energy dog. He is very striking with his markings. I lift him up into my lap and we cuddle and pet. This has been a change for him with a long ride up from Alabama to MN and a new house with 4 other dogs. He is adjusting well. Please fill out an application and come meet this low rider hunk of a dog.
About Me: Hello MN!!! I just arrived here to see a couple snowflakes. I am what they call a low rider and found myself in need of rescue because in my previous home I enjoyed chasing cats. I have so many things I get to explore now. A new house, new human, new dogs as friends to be and truly- I don't miss those cats. I am told how much of a HUNK I am so here's to new beginnings and fresh starts! Please fill out an application and come meet you. I can’t wait to get a new home to settle in to.
Thanks,
The Hunk Elvis!!!!!
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD DOG BREED
The Australian Shepherd is a highly intelligent and energetic herding dog known for its loyalty and work ethic. Originating in the United States, despite its name, this breed is prized for its agility, trainability, and versatility in various dog sports and activities. Australian Shepherds have a distinctive medium length coat that comes in different colors, often with unique merle patterns. With proper training, socialization, and exercise, these dogs make excellent companions for active families and individuals seeking a devoted and playful four legged friend.
The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging. With their low energy levels and love for lounging, they make wonderful companion dogs for families seeking a loyal and easygoing pet.
