Winnie needs a home that will have the time to dedicate to training a puppy, as she is still working on potty training and having good manners. Winnie came to BRAT when her previous owner suddenly needed to care for his father in another state and was unable to give Winnie the time and attention she needs. Winnie came into BRAT with her buddy, Copper.
