DESCRIPTION

Hi, my name is Juniper and I am from Arkansas!

I'm the cutest puppy ever! I love running around in backyards. I'm still learning how to go for walks, I'm not sure how I feel about them. I love food!

My favorite thing in the whole world is toys! I love to play with all kinds of toys and the occasional tennis shoes. I'm friends with the resident cats, although sometimes I struggle with playing too rough. I always listen when the cats hiss or walk away though.

I'm working on some nippling issues. Sometimes if I'm really excited I turn into "Junibal Lecter" and try to gobble up my humans. I've gotten better with listening to "no"!

I'm very smart and I'm starting to get the hang of potty training. When I do have an accident I always use the puppy pad. I'm used to sleeping by myself for most of the night!

ABOUT: BASSET HOUND DOG BREED

The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging. With their low energy levels and love for lounging, they make wonderful companion dogs for families seeking a loyal and easygoing pet.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
