DESCRIPTION
Hi everyone! My name is Lil' Otis and I am small but I have a lot to say! I love to talk and tell you when I want attention or I am just happy and a YAP comes out!! A bit higher energy, but that just means I love to have fun! I am a lover, a cuddler, a playful pup and a happy go lucky sort all rolled into one. In other words, I have it all! Personality should be my middle name because I have lots of that!!! I am super cute and super lovey-dovey, what more could you want? Playful, cute, cuddly, happy, sweet, and lovey..... oh did I say cute at least 3 times?? It's cuz I am super duper cute! Family favorite here! I want to make myself YOUR family favorite too!
Otis is 9 weeks old and he is the smallest of the group. These pups came to Rescue from a shelter in Kentucky. Mom was tied up to a tree and her pups were born in the dirt. Luckily they found their way to us and are now ready to find their way to you! All vet care is up to date including vaccines and neuter

ABOUT: BASSET HOUND DOG BREED
The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging. With their low energy levels and love for lounging, they make wonderful companion dogs for families seeking a loyal and easygoing pet.
The dachshund is a small dog breed known for its long body, short legs, and distinctive appearance. Originally bred for hunting badgers, these playful and loyal dogs make loving companions for families. Dachshunds come in three coat varieties smooth, wirehaired, and longhaired each with its own unique charm. Despite their size, dachshunds are bold and courageous, with a curious nature that can sometimes lead to mischief. Their endearing personality and adaptability make them popular pets worldwide.
