Grace is a sweet senior that's looking for a home to live out her days in style! She is a bit chunky so weight loss is her goal for a healthier lifestyle. In her previous home, she did okay with kids. She knows several tricks and loves a good nap!
Grace has dental procedures scheduled through CMHS February 25th and March 4th.
She was noted to have changes consistent with hip dysplasia and arthritis on radiographs, and clinically dog is stiff and uncomfortable on palpation of hips. A joint supplement, such as glucosamine/chondroitin and/or fish oil, in conjunction with weight loss as-needed, would be beneficial in managing this issue.
Additionally, bloodwork indicates renal disease. At this time, the cause of the renal disease is not known. The adopter is encouraged to follow up with their veterinarian for management and/or additional diagnostics options, if indicated.
