DESCRIPTION

Meet Pippin!!

Pippin is currently fostered in NYC, NY. She is available for out of state/out of area adoption to the perfect forever home! Transportation to her forever home will be coordinate by our rescue

--

Pippin is a 3/4-month-old Australian Shepherd mix puppy with a gentle soul and a growing sense of curiosity about the world. She weighs about 15 pounds now and is expected to be a medium to large girl once fully grown.

Pippin didn’t have the easiest start to life and was found as a stray, but she’s already proving just how resilient and sweet she is. She’s a soft, sensitive pup who’s learning that good things (and kind humans!) really do exist.

She’s very much a puppy — curious, playful, and occasionally a little unsure. Pippin can be shy at first, especially in new situations, but once she warms up, her personality peeks through in the cutest ways. With patience, encouragement, and lots of love, she blossoms into a cuddly, affectionate girl who just wants to be close to her people.

Pippin would love a home with another friendly dog who can help show her the ropes and boost her confidence. She’s still working on potty training and puppy manners, so her future family should be ready for all the giggles, learning moments, and puppy chaos that come along with raising a baby dog.

Pippin is looking for a family who:

* Will be patient and kind as she builds confidence
* Is excited to help her learn and grow
* Is ready to spoil her with love and reassurance
* Ideally has another dog to be her buddy and teacher

Pippin is ready to trade her Texas beginnings for a lifetime of love, comfort, and tail wags. She just needs the right family to help her shine!

The Truth About Rescue:

Every rescue pup is a work in progress — and that’s the beauty of it. None of them come wrapped in a bow, ready-made or mistake-free. They come with stories, quirks, and hearts that have seen a lot but still choose to trust again.

Adoption isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence. Showing up for them, every day, until they know they’re finally home. That’s when you’ll see them bloom — soft and steady — into the very best version of themselves. And somewhere along the way, you’ll realize they were never the only one being rescued.

Once we have received your application, we will review and reach out to set-up an interview with one of our volunteers! If you have additional questions, please email us at SaintMuttsInquiries@gmail.com.

Note: As with all of our rescues, we recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both the pets and families involved.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments.
