Angel is a 3‐year‐old, 32‐pound Australian Shepherd mix who truly lives up to her name. With her beautiful brindle coat and the soft white stripe down her nose, she looks like a little work of art—but it’s her gentle, soulful personality that makes her unforgettable.
Angel is sweetness wrapped in fur. She melts into you the moment you sit down, happy to curl up, lean in, and just be with her people. She loves humans and gets along wonderfully with other calm, easygoing dogs who appreciate a peaceful vibe. She’s not the “go go go, let’s play for hours” type—Angel is the “let’s relax, watch a show, and not judge each other for finishing the whole bag of chips” kind of companion. Angel prefers to go home without any felines.
She’s soft, nurturing, and endlessly affectionate. Angel doesn’t need much to be happy—just a loving home, a comfy spot next to her favorite person, and the chance to be someone’s steady, gentle shadow. If you’re looking for a calm, heart‐warming presence who makes every day feel a little softer, Angel is ready to be your girl.
Angel is spayed, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped.
Given the conditions Angel originated from, upon rescue, she tested positive for Heartworm disease. Thanks to Home for Good Dog Rescue, Angel has completed her Heartworm treatment.
*Heartworm disease is a serious and if left untreated, fatal disease. It is caused by foot-long worms (heartworms) that live in the heart, lungs, and associated blood vessels of affected animals, causing severe lung disease, heart failure, and damage to other organs in the body. Mosquitoes are carriers of heartworms and have the ability to infect dogs all year round, especially in the Southeastern portion of the United States and during the summer months.*
