Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever Dogs Available for Adoption in Woolwich, Maine

Han Solo! This boy is just as handsome as his namesake. He and his son (who is adoption pending, therefore not advertised) came into the shelter in AL from a loving home. They were farm boys who were chasing the poultry (just chasing, not harming) so to the shelter they went. Their family's loss is Maine's gain because this boy is a sweetheart. He is estimated to be about seven years old and weighs around 60 lbs. We believe he is a Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix. He walks well on leash, is sweet, loving, and playful. He is good with other dogs and will make a great new family member. He's currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in mid-May.
