Roy is a handsome 2–3 year old Australian Shepherd/ corgi mix who’s been patiently waiting at the shelter for his perfect match. 💙

This sweet boy can be a little shy and unsure at first, but give him a little time (and maybe a few treats!), and you’ll quickly see his loving personality shine through. Once he warms up, Roy is all about enjoying life’s simple pleasures—long walks, tasty snacks, and chasing tennis balls (fetching them back is still a work in progress 😄).

Roy is somewhat dog selective so he would do best as the only pet in home, where he can feel safe, relaxed, and truly thrive. He’s not a fan of small children, but in the right environment, he has so much love to give.

He’s great on leash and has shown interest in water, so he might just be your future adventure buddy for lakeside strolls or splashy fun!
