Australian Kelpie Dogs Available for Adoption

Arriving in Wisconsin March 20th!

Lyla is a beautiful 8 month old female. Her exact breed mix is unknown, however she appears to have similar body structure, color and markings to an Australian Kelpie. She is about 8 months of age and weighs about 25 pounds. We do not expect her to get much larger.

Lyla is a sweet girl who loves people and loves to play. She loves other dogs and does well with kids and cats. She is potty trained at her foster home in Texas. She is excited to make her trip to Wisconsin and find her forever family.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition.

She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, March 20th, and will be available to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below.

Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday March 20th. If upon meeting, she is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable.

We ask that you are serious about your intent to adopt before placing a deposit, so as not to prevent her from finding her forever family in the meantime, as we only accept one deposit per dog.
