DESCRIPTION
Benjamin he's cute as a button, and sweeter than honey!
Benjamin is a young dog who is working through his teenage stages, and he would love to get through them in a loving home. This sweet boy still has things to learn about life but he definitely has the smarts to do it! Benjamin was housetrained in his previous home, and he's an amazing walking companion. He still has some puppy energy in him and would love to get it out with enrichment like kong toys, snuffle mats, or scent games.
Benjamin has also spent some time in staff members offices and they said he's a silly boy who loved playing with his toys before settling down with a chew toy. He is a delight to walk with and loves a sniffy walk, he would be a great hiking buddy!
Does Benjamin sound like a good fit for your home? Meet him today at the Humane Society of Utah. Benjamin's adoption fee includes, neuter, microchip, inital set of vaccines, and a bag of goodies to get him started in his new home.
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN KELPIE DOG BREED
The Australian Kelpie is a highly intelligent and energetic herding dog breed known for its remarkable agility and tireless work ethic. Originating in Australia, these medium sized dogs are prized for their exceptional ability to work livestock in various terrains. With a loyal and friendly demeanor, Australian Kelpies make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide them with plenty of mental and physical stimulation.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
