DESCRIPTION
Meet Moose, aka Miss Moosey!
This spunky little girl is a 9 month old, 25 pound Australian Cattle Dog mix. She knows basic commands such as sit, down and no. She is continuing her training while in her foster home, working on her recall, loose leash walking, and overall confidence building.
Moose is crate trained and almost fully potty trained. She needs a structured routine to continue her success with potty training and confidence. She loves playing fetch, going on walks or hikes, and cuddling with her foster humans and dog siblings.
Moose is nervous in new situations and she needs time to warm up to new people. She bonds best with the people who are with her daily and has been shy but polite to anyone new. Occasionally Moose will bark or growl and back away if something startles her.
Moose is currently living in a home with 3 other cattle dogs and plays well with other dogs after proper introduction. She has also been spending time on a farm with horses and has the potential to be a great barn dog.
Moose would be okay with dog savvy children, she has not been around cats. She would thrive in a home that is committed to providing daily training, exercise, and enrichment.
Moose is spayed and UTD on all age appropriate vetting.
