Phebe is part of the "Friends" litter. Her and her littermates came into the shelter as strays. She is about 10 weeks old and our best guess on her breed is Australian Cattle Dog mix. She is one of the smallest out of her litter. She has the cutest round head and round eyeballs. She is sensitive and sweet. She is ready for her forever home.
