Say hello to Boo Bear, our 9-years-young Queensland Heeler with a heart as big as the Idaho sky!

Boo Bear came to us at the Lemhi County Humane Society through no fault of his own. His beloved owner passed away, and suddenly this sweet boy found himself here — arriving with his own little “luggage” and all. Let's just say... our heart strings were definitely tugged.

Despite the changes in his world, Boo Bear has remained the gentle, loving soul he's always been. He absolutely loves small dogs and would be happiest with a canine buddy his size to hang out with. And if you've got a tennis ball? Even better. Boo Bear will happily play fetch till the stars come out!

At about 9 years young, he's the perfect mix of active and settled. He still has that Heeler spark, but he's also ready to enjoy the simple things in life — a cozy bed, a steady routine, and someone to call his own again.

We would love nothing more than to see Boo Bear find his forever home soon. He's been through a big life change, and he deserves the comfort and security of a family to love him through his golden years.
