DESCRIPTION
Hi
I'm Maudette so nice to meet you!
I'm a 7-8 month old cattle dog mix, 45 lbs.
I'm smart but insecure so I need a human who will continue to help me build confidence like my foster family is currently doing.
I am learning all sorts of good stuff at foster like leash walking and crate training as well as socializing with dogs. I was not social with them when I first arrived but now I love them.
cats are a work in progress as I currently think they are to be chased. Also, no young kids for me unless you like your kids being herded. ha.
wanna be best friends for life? Dog are for life!
please note
All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application
looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet. We do not transport our dogs. If you apply from out of state we do request you come to Los Angeles to meet us and fly home in cabin or drive.

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
