Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler Dogs Available for Adoption
TESSIE
Australian Cattle Dog Blue Heeler
🇺🇸
Hatfield, Pennsylvania
March 17th
female, small, adult
DESCRIPTION
Tessie is a one-year-old Blue Heeler with a big heart packed into a petite 20-lb body. Like many Heelers, she forms a deep bond with her person and loves being close — she’s the ultimate little “Velcro dog.”
Her favorite things include outdoor adventures, chew toys, exploring the yard, and then settling in for a cozy couch nap with her favorite human.
Tessie is incredibly smart and will quickly learn a new routine, but she’ll do best with a patient adopter who will give her a little time and space to settle into her new home. Once she trusts you, her loyalty is unmatched.
She also takes her job as yard supervisor very seriously and has the cutest little sassy strut when she’s feeling happy.
While she prefers being out and about with her people, she can stay in a crate when needed.
Tessie would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted, intelligent dog who will be by their side through life’s adventures.
