Jude gets along beautifully with dogs of all personalities, whether they’re the bold, bossy type or the laid-back, go-with-the-flow kind. He’s a natural follower and a careful observer. He likes to watch, think it over, and then dive in, which means he’s thoughtful, not reckless. He’s also been a perfect gentleman around cats; he doesn’t even glance their way, and his gentle, friendly nature makes him a great candidate for homes with kind, dog-savvy kids.

Jude absolutely lives for his people. He’ll park himself right on your feet and shower you with sweet kisses and snuggles, though when nap time hits, he prefers the floor by your side over the couch. He’s a lover, just on his own terms!

He’s a champ in his crate, sleeps through the night without a peep, and has never had an accident in it. He’s still working on his indoor manners during the day, so a watchful eye and a consistent routine will help him succeed. He’s highly food motivated, which makes training a breeze!

Now, about shoes… Jude has developed a very enthusiastic hobby of collecting footwear. He’s fast, he’s sneaky, and he means business when he gets one. The good news? He leaves furniture completely alone and happily redirects to chew toys and stuffies when they’re around. Keeping shoes out of reach and toys plentiful is your superpower here. He’s also learning that other dogs’ food bowls and crates are their own personal space, a lesson he’s making progress on every day!

Jude is a playful, energetic pup who does best with another fun-loving dog to keep him company and burn off that cattle dog spark. He loves to vocalize when he’s excited to play. His bark is his way of saying “let’s GO!” A good romp, plenty of enrichment, and a patient family who’ll help him learn the rules of the house is truly all this sweet boy needs.
