ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Bandit is coming to HT from a rural VA shelter where he was surrendered for no fault of his own. He was over looked at the shelter for so long. We're so happy he's safe with HT and in a loving foster. We will know more about him once he arrives with HT on 3/4.
