Amaya was found as a stray and taken to a rural shelter we help. The shelter was full, so we had to save her quickly. Thankfully, one of our wonderful fosters agreed to bring Amaya into her home, and we were able to save her life. She has been a great dog since we rescued her, and we know she’ll make her new family very happy.
Amaya has been very sweet and gentle with children as young as 7. She is also cat friendly and gets along great with the cat in her foster home. She gets along with every dog she meets too.
Amaya is house trained and leash trained. She has a laid back personality, and isn’t a high energy girl. She likes to go for walks.
Amaya is 1 year old and weighs 60 pounds. We think she’s an Australian Cattle Dog mix. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Amaya can arrive in Cincinnati on 4/25. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
