DESCRIPTION
Nifty is a gentle, loving girl who's just beginning to blossom in her foster home. While she can be a little shy at first, all she needs is a bit of patience and kindness to feel safe, and once she does, her sweet personality shines. She absolutely adores getting scratches and will happily return the love with soft kisses.
Her crate is her cozy sanctuary, and she settles in easily, sleeping quietly through the night like a pro. She appears to be potty trained, with no accidents so far. She's still learning to walk on a leash, so a fenced in yard is necessary to allow her to get some exercise and explore without the stress of being on a leash.
Nifty really enjoys the company of other dogs and loves to play and chase! Having a confident canine companion would help her continue to build courage and bring out even more of her playful, goofy side, which is already starting to peek through!
She's good with kids as long as they understand how to be gentle and calm. And she would also do well with cats if given a slow introduction.
If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate pup who will reward your patience with endless love and loyalty, Nifty might just be your perfect match!

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
