DESCRIPTION

My friends describe me as: Curious, enthusiastic and playful! MEET LENNON! This sweet speckled girl is ready to head on out of here for endless cuddles with her new loving home! Lennon has adjusted well to our cooler climate and is excited to explore more of New England. After all, her favorite past time is stricking her nose to the ground and sniffing anything in her path! She will need to be taught all of the puppy basics. Lennon is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Lennon or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED

The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
