Meet Riley, an Australian Cattle Dog and Retriever mix who is ready to find his forever family. This handsome boy arrived at the shelter with his sister and is now looking for a home of his own.

While he can be a little shy at first, he relaxes quickly once he feels safe, turning into a very affectionate dog who loves cuddles and close contact. Riley is well-behaved with other dogs at adoption events, showing polite and submissive manners around adult companions. He also has a playful, energetic side and enjoys socializing with other puppies. He offers a great balance of gentle sweetness and active puppy energy.

He is currently working on his leash skills. He already walks well when following other dogs and checks in regularly by keeping an eye on his handlers. Riley is intelligent, eager to please, and takes direction easily from his humans. Because he is highly treat-motivated, he is a quick learner with excellent potential for further training.
