DESCRIPTION
Duke is the name, and charm is my game! I'm a 10-month-old bundle of energy and fun, and I promise to add a whole lot of wag to your life. I've already learned the ropes - I can use the doggie door, walk on a leash, and even sit like a good boy (treats highly encouraged!). I'm a friendly fella, always up for some doggie interaction and attention from anyone I meet. I'm ready to be your indoor adventure buddy and couch potato. Duke loves to be close and wants to please. Email votsdradoptions@gmail.com for a preadoption form and to schedule an appointment to meet him next Saturday 4/11.
ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN CATTLE DOG BLUE HEELER DOG BREED
The Australian Cattle Dog, also known as the Blue Heeler, is a hardworking and intelligent breed originally developed in Australia for herding cattle. Renowned for their endurance and agility, these medium sized dogs have a striking blue or red speckled coat and alert, curious expression. With a strong herding instinct and boundless energy, they require mental stimulation and physical activity to thrive. Blue Heelers are loyal, protective, and make excellent companions for active individuals or families willing to provide the engagement and exercise they need.
The boxer is a medium to large sized dog breed known for its muscular build, distinctive square head, and energetic personality. Boxers are loyal, affectionate, and good natured companions, making them an ideal family pet. They are intelligent, playful, and love to be around people, making them excellent with children. Boxers require consistent training, plenty of exercise, and socialization to thrive. With their strong work ethic and protective instincts, boxers excel in various roles, including as service dogs, therapy dogs, and in dog sports.
