Introducing Aspen! She didn't want to sit still for pictures so it was hard to get a good one but the video shows you how sweet she is! Aspen came into the shelter with her siblings from a hoarding situation. She's lived outside much of her life and doesn't know how great it can be to be a member of a family. She's the most outgoing of her siblings, and, as a puppy, will come out of her shell even more quickly once she's in a loving home. She's around 4 months old and we believe she is possibly Anatolian Shepherd mixed with something else (she looks Heeler, some of her siblings look like they might have some Pyr), so will likely be on the larger side when full grown. As a puppy, she will need a family home more often than not and a family that is committed to all of the puppy things: potty training, crate training, leash training, basic commands, etc; She deserves a loving home where she is part of the family and gets to be included on family adventures and snuggle with her people at the end of the day. She is currently in AL but will be coming to Maine in mid-May.
