Brie (yes, like the cheese — and yes, she loves it) is as sweet as her name.

This beautiful 2-year-old Anatolian Shepherd girl was found abandoned and brought to us by a kind family. When Brie first arrived, she was scared and unsure of her surroundings, but with time, patience, and gentle care, she has really started to come out of her shell.

Brie is calm, chill, and incredibly sweet. She enjoys being around people and has done well with all the dogs she’s met at the shelter. She’s not over-the-top or wild — she’s more of a quiet companion who just wants to feel safe and loved. She’s happy just soaking up some sun rays and enjoying the world around her.

At around 70 pounds, Brie is a large girl with an even bigger heart. She’s looking for a family who will give her the stability she deserves and show her that she’s finally home for good.

Brie is located in Gainesville, TX, but we offer transportation services all over the U.S.

The Anatolian Shepherd is a large and powerful ancient breed known for its loyalty, intelligence, and protective nature. Originating in Turkey, these dogs were bred to guard livestock from predators, showcasing their strong natural instincts. Anatolian Shepherds have a distinctive short double coat that comes in various colors, with a black mask common on their faces. They require early socialization and consistent training to manage their independent yet devoted temperament effectively.
