Hi, my name is Penny! I have been here since February of 2026. I am a sweet, timid dog that loves attention and belly rubs. I am very social and love meeting people. Sometimes when I want attention, I knock on my kennel door! I seem to like other dogs, too. I like to sit on my bed and play with my stuffed toys when I'm inside hanging out.
