Hi there, I’m Comfy!

I’m a 1.5-year-old, 62 lb Staffy mix with a big heart, an even bigger smile, and a love for life that just won’t quit! I’m currently the longest stay at Ruff Road Revival and have been looking for my furrever home for 7 months! I am such a wonderful, well-behaved pup, we just can't figure out why I keep getting overlooked.

If you’re looking for a fun-loving, goofy bestie — I might just be your girl. I’m sweet as sugar and always excited to make new friends (both human and canine!). I especially love hanging out with other playful pups who enjoy a good, rowdy wrestling match. Long walks? Zoomies in the yard? Snuggles on the couch? Playing with squeaky toys? The answer is always YES, PLEASE!

Oh, and don’t be surprised if I wrap my paws around you for one of my signature hugs — I’m an affectionate gal through and through, and I adore people of all ages (kids included!). I give a beautiful "sit" when waiting for a treat or a toy and I am a quick learner, so training doesn't take much!

The basics?
• Potty & crate trained like a champ
• Leash pro who’s great on walks
• Rockstar at adoption events (I love meeting new people!)
• Great with medium and large dogs who can match my playful energy
• Best in a home without small dogs or cats — I sometimes forget my size when I get excited!

*Disclaimer: Comfy is currently located in Texas and can be adopted either locally or out of state. We coordinate everything with our ground transport teams to ensure they arrive to the adopter safely and we keep the adopter in the loop every step of the way. Transport costs are included in the adoption fees. We also have our fosters video chat with potential adopters prior to adoption so that the adopter gets to see the animals and ensure it’s a fit. We allow adoption fees to be paid via goods and services if desired to give our adopters extra security and protection.

They thrive on human interaction and are eager to please their owners.
