Hi… I’m Trinket.

I’m a really good girl — I promise. I’m potty trained, I know “sit,” & I take treats very gently. When I’m outside my kennel, I walk nicely on leash & lean into you for ear rubs. I just want to be close to someone.

But being in here is really hard for me.

I get so stressed in my kennel that I don’t know what to do… I lick the walls, I drool, & I get scared when they clean around me. I’m trying, but this place is just too much for me.

When I’m out with people, I’m calm, soft, & loving. That’s the real me.

I just need someone to take me somewhere quiet… somewhere safe… where I can finally relax & be your girl.

Please… don’t let this be the end of my story. Come get me. Or share me so someone else will.

* This environment is overwhelming her, even though her true nature is calm, gentle, & loving.

Medical notes:
03/24/26 On exam dog is BAR. mentally appropriate & quiet currently. Signs described likely due to kennel stress/anxiety due to being present in shelter for extended amount of time. An adopter or rescue pull is recommended by 4/4 to prevent further mental decline.
