Phoebe is the runt of the FRIENDS gang, born on 9/17/25, and currently weighs about 10 pounds. She is the smallest of the group but just as loving and confident. Phoebe is incredibly cuddly, has great recall, and is being crate trained. She will stay a petite dog, well under 20 pounds when fully grown.
